Technical Issue: ProWrite Crashes at very end of merge

If you have applied the latest service patch from Microsoft Word you may encounter an error when ProWrite merges you letter, label or other document. To resolve this issue simply repair Microsoft Word, open Word and clicking on HELP, DETECT AND REPAIR (you maybe prompted for the Microsoft Office CD).

Once you have repaired Word the ProWrite should be able to merge you correspondence without error. If the problem persist please contact technical support support@nereosoft.com or 1 888 515-1111.
