Technical Issue: My ProWrite menu is missing in Outlook and/or Word
If you ProWrite menu does not appear in Outlook after installing the ProWrite software it is likely that you have not closed Microsoft Outlook during the install of ProWrite. Closing and restarting Outlook or restarting your computer should make the menu appear.
In some cases Microsoft Outlook may disable the menu.
Actions to be taken:1. Open Outlook2. Click on Help - About Microsoft Outlook4. Click the "Diabled Items" button - bottom left5. If ProWrite appears in the window as being disabled, hi-light and click "enable'6. Close Outlook7. Restart - ProWrite menu appears1. Open Word2. Click on Help - About Microsoft Word4. Click the "Diabled Items" button - bottom left5. If ProWrite appears in the window as being disabled, hi-light and click "enable'6. Close Word7. Restart - ProWrite menu appears
Once you have repaired Word the ProWrite should be able to merge you correspondence without error. If the problem persist please contact technical support support@nereosoft.com
